First of all, the office staff is extremely helpful and readily available. Secondly the property management provides a thorough report of the conditions of the property after each inventory. I do not know any other property management agencies that carry out inventories free of charge before, during and after each tenancy. "On rejoining the full time component of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) in late 2008, I was posted at short notice from Adelaide to Canberra.
